According to Eric Colby of Boating Magazine, "For many years, one of the most anticipated moments of the Miami International Boat Show was the unveiling of that year's themed MTI catamarans. One of the first boats the Missouri-based manufacturer did was the Mercedes-style MTI 44-foot catamaran for owner Gino Garguilo. The boat was powered by Sterling Performance fuel-injected 1,550 hp engines with Dry-Sump Six drives, and with legendary throttleman John Tomlinson on the sticks, the boat ran 193 mph." The boat was built in concert with Mercedes AMG, and features many of the styling cues from the iconic auto manufacturer.

As with all of the MTI themed boats, the rigging is very impressive, and of course the performance is simply breath taking. The custom tilt trailer is part of the package.

No detail is overlooked on this very well known MTI, from stem to stern it is an amazing example of the craftsmanship of MTI. A definite head-turner wherever it goes.
